About the role#

Mariner Finance is seeking a Branch Operations Intern for the Summer 2026 term. This full-time, on-site position offers an hourly rate between $18.00 and $20.61. The role focuses on supporting branch operations and maintaining high standards of customer service within the financial services industry.

What you'll do#

• Greet customers promptly and assist with their inquiries.
• Direct customers to the appropriate staff members to address their specific needs.
• Manage incoming telephone calls and provide necessary information.
• Document correspondence in the electronic data system.
• Assist with the loan closing process by completing and filing required paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Provide updates to customers regarding their account statuses.
• Perform additional operational tasks as required by market demand to ensure consistent service quality.

• Current enrollment in a degree program related to Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• Ability to work on-site in a professional branch environment.
