About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Assistant Project Coordinator position for the Fall 2026 term, with a preference for an 8 or 12-month commitment. You will work on-site at the Victoria Reservoir project in Bradford, Ontario, supporting Project Managers and Superintendents. You will gain exposure to various contract types, including Design Build, Plan and Spec, and Construction Management.
What you'll do#
- Support the delivery of civil projects by maintaining contract documentation.
- Assist with estimating, budget preparation, and scheduling.
- Update and maintain purchase order logs, shop drawing and submittal logs, and plan logs.
- Select suppliers and sub-trades and obtain quotations.
- Clarify scopes of work with sub-trades and suppliers.
- Track and manage inventory of supplies to ensure timely delivery.
- Attend site meetings and assist in the completion of project deficiencies.
- Maintain a continuous focus on site safety in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policy.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student in a related post-secondary program, such as Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Urban Planning.
- Recent graduates who completed their studies in 2026 are also eligible to apply.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel is considered an asset.

- Location: Bradford, Ontario (On-site).
- Term: Starting September 2026.
- Requirements: A vehicle is required to visit project sites, as they are not accessible by public transit.
