Resident Services Intern

About the role#

The Resident Services Intern will support operations in St. Louis, focusing on resident satisfaction and team support. This role involves coordinating resident initiatives, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and housing regulations.

What you'll do#

• Provide customer service via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions to attract and retain residents.
• Assist with move-in and renewal processes, including apartment inspections, key testing, and freight elevator scheduling.
• Manage resident escalations and provide mentorship to the resident service team.
• Coordinate special projects and new resident initiatives.
• Maintain professional standards and confidentiality while performing daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including Fair Housing regulations.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
• A positive, energetic, and outgoing personality with a focus on customer interaction.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems, with preference given to candidates experienced with Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have a reliable car with insurance.

• This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
