About the role#
This internship provides practical exposure to corporate finance and accounting functions within a manufacturing environment. You will apply your classroom knowledge to real-world business scenarios while contributing to the financial health of the company. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in internal and external audit preparations by maintaining accurate documentation.
- Monitor and track expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support daily projects.
- Research industry and market trends to provide insights.
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Provide general administrative support, including organizing meetings and managing schedules.
- Interact with team members and external partners.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and special projects.
- Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an Accounting or Finance degree program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
- High sense of urgency and ability to take initiative on technical projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
