About the role#
This is a part-time, on-site student position at Nick's No Frills in Barrie, Ontario. The role is a unionized position with a starting pay range of $16.60 to $19.45 per hour. Employees in this role are employed by the independent franchisee, not Loblaws Inc.
What you'll do#
- Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
- Assist in stock management and inventory tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Follow safety and operational procedures.
What you'll need#
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Completion of a criminal background check is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Strong reliability and work ethic.
- Commitment to sustainability and community impact.
- Students pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or Communications are encouraged to apply.
