About the role#
This position is an opportunity to join the team at 7979 Rachelle and Gerard's Your Independent Grocer. This is a part-time, unionized role focused on supporting store operations during afternoon hours.
What you'll do#
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service.
- Assist with daily store operations during the afternoon.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Support the store's sustainability initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Completion of a criminal background check is required.
- Availability for part-time, afternoon work.
- An enthusiastic and reliable attitude.
- A commitment to sustainability and social impact.
- While not required, this role is well-suited for students pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources.
Location & details#
- Location: Marathon, Ontario.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $16.60 - $19.45 per hour, as defined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
