About the role#
This is a part-time, on-site student role at Marc's No Frills in Mississauga. This is a unionized position with a starting pay range of $16.60 - $19.45 per hour, as defined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Please note that this position is with an independently owned franchisee, and you will be an employee of the franchisee, not Loblaws Inc.
What you'll do#
- Assist customers in the store to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Support the team in meeting store sales and profitability goals.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of aisles and the sales floor.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically during the afternoons.
- A commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Candidates 18 years or older must complete a criminal background check.
- Preference for students pursuing majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
