About the role#
This is a part-time student position based at Fortinos in Brampton. As a member of the team, you will contribute to the daily operations of the store, focusing on product availability, department presentation, and customer service. This is a unionized role, and training is provided for all new hires.
What you'll do#
- Provide helpful service to customers by answering questions and responding to their needs.
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
- Ensure accurate product scanning and monitor inventory levels to assist with ordering.
- Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
- Keep department areas clean and organized while adhering to health and safety standards.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work across various departments and a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
- A motivated attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- While not required, this role is suitable for students pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or Human Resources.

- Compensation: $16.60 - $16.70 per hour.
