About the role#
Personal Shoppers fulfill e-commerce orders with efficiency and accuracy to provide a personalized shopping experience for customers. This is a part-time position at Your Independent Grocer in Vancouver, suitable for students or those seeking a flexible role.
What you'll do#
- Assist customers by answering general questions and maintaining a positive environment.
- Accurately fill customer orders with quality products.
- Scan products and process transactions using cash, credit, debit, and gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain in constant motion for the duration of a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a resourceful approach to resolving customer inquiries.
- No previous experience is required; full training is provided.
- Candidates aged 18 or older must complete a criminal background check.
