About the role#
Personal Shoppers fulfill e-commerce orders to provide a personalized shopping experience for customers. This is a part-time student position focused on efficiency, accuracy, and maintaining a positive environment for shoppers.
What you'll do#
- Assist customers with general questions while maintaining a positive environment.
- Accurately fill customer orders with quality products.
- Scan products and process transactions using cash, debit, credit, and gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- No previous experience is required as training is provided.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to move up to 50lbs and remain in constant mobility for the duration of a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a resourceful approach to resolving customer questions.
- Candidates 18 years or older must complete a criminal background check.
