About the role#
As a Personal Shopper Student, you will play a key part in fulfilling e-commerce orders for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are accurate and handled with care to provide a high-quality shopping experience.
What you'll do#
- Provide helpful customer service by answering general questions and maintaining a positive environment.
- Shop for customers by filling orders with quality products.
- Scan items and process transactions using cash, credit, debit, and gift cards.
- Contact customers directly to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- No previous experience is required, as we provide training.
- Ability to work independently and stay resourceful when helping customers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to move up to 50lbs and remain mobile throughout your entire shift.
- You must be 18 years or older to complete a criminal background check.

- This position is located in Chilliwack, British Columbia.
- This is a part-time, on-site role with a rolling term.
