About the role#
As a Personal Shopper Student at Dean & Wendy's No Frills in Owen Sound, you will fulfill customer e-commerce orders. This role focuses on accuracy and efficiency to provide a personalized shopping experience for our customers. You will work in a unionized environment where training is provided, meaning no previous experience is required.
What you'll do#
- Assist customers with general questions while maintaining a positive environment.
- Shop for customers by accurately filling orders with quality products.
- Scan items and process transactions using cash, debit, credit, and gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- You are a team player with strong attention to detail.
- You are driven and capable of working independently.
- You remain resourceful and courteous when helping customers.
- You are motivated to learn new tasks.
- You have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- You are able to move up to 50lbs and stay mobile for your entire shift.
- Candidates 18 years or older must complete a criminal background check.

- This position is located at 1020 10th St W, Owen Sound, ON.
- This is a part-time, on-site role with a rolling term.
- The starting pay range is $17.60 to $19.85 per hour.
