About the role#
Shoppers Drug Mart is looking for a Beauty Marketing Co-op Student to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based in Toronto. You will gain professional experience by supporting the marketing team with national campaigns and brand initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Launch national marketing campaigns and new products.
- Collaborate with beauty brands and cross-functional partners including Category Management, Merchandising, Store Operations, Legal, Loblaw Agency, Loblaw Digital, and Social teams.
- Learn key marketing principles, including brand management, brand positioning, and visual brand identity.
- Analyze creative assets to support marketing execution.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program focused on marketing, business, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in the beauty industry and current beauty trends.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Mid-to-high proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management and communication skills with an ability to multitask.
- Previous experience in marketing, retail, or the beauty industry is an asset.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the 4-month term.
Location & details#
- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Term: January 6, 2027, to April 16, 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You will work from the office 4 days a week, with the option to work remotely for 1 day a week.
- Travel: You must be able to travel to the head office for in-office days.
