About the role#
This internship supports an ongoing large-scale CRM data migration and cleanup initiative. It is a good fit for a student who enjoys organized, detail-oriented work and finding ways to make information more accurate and useful. While part of the Marketing team, the work focuses on data management, information systems, and marketing operations. You will work on structured, long-term assignments to improve centralized marketing information systems.
What you'll do#
- Review, clean, organize, and migrate data into the CRM.
- Assist with the migration and cleanup of employee resume information, project records, and other proposal-related data.
- Create and update employee resumes and project sheets using information maintained in the CRM.
- Assist with proposal closeouts by reviewing completed proposals and transferring updated information back into the CRM.
- Perform quality-control checks on migrated information.
- Help maintain consistent naming, organization, tagging, and data standards across marketing systems.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or Communications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with large amounts of information, data, and digital files.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and follow established data standards.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on repetitive or long-term assignments.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
