About the role#
Level Green Landscaping offers a 10-week summer internship for college students. This program provides a structured look at branch operations and the horticulture industry. You will work alongside managers to learn about different roles and gain hands-on experience in the field. Successful completion of the program may lead to full-time employment opportunities after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in an in-depth orientation to set your goals.
- Shadow Branch, Account, and Operations Managers to explore different career paths.
- Work with an assigned mentor for hands-on guidance.
- Gain experience in business development, leadership, and project management.
- Learn the details of branch administration, sales, and estimating.
What you'll need#
- You must be an active college student in a horticultural or adjacent field.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday.
- Ability to perform outdoor work.
- Reliable transportation to commute to office locations.
- A willingness to share new ideas and perspectives.

- Locations: Upper Marlboro, MD; Silver Spring, MD; Glen Burnie, MD; and Dulles, VA.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time, paid position.
- Pay: $18 to $22 per hour.
