About the role#
This part-time position supports our mail order pharmacy team in St. Louis. You will work on-site to help manage prescription fulfillment, patient communication, and pharmacy operations. We provide training to help you get your Missouri Pharmacy Technician license if you do not already hold one.
What you'll do#
- Pack and ship prescriptions while ensuring accuracy.
- Assist with data entry, dispensing, and general pharmacy maintenance.
- Communicate with patients and internal teams via phone and text-based messaging.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to refine prescription delivery processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow HIPAA regulations in all daily tasks.
- Complete an initial three-month training period focused on fulfillment work.
- Transition into a role split approximately 80% on fulfillment and 20% on pharmacy duties.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nursing, Health Administration, or Biomedical Sciences.
- A Pharmacy Technician license in Missouri or the ability to meet requirements to obtain one.
- Experience in pharmacy, fulfillment, or customer service.
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changes.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
Location & details#
- Location: St. Louis, Missouri.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Availability: Must include at least two closing shifts Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.
- Training: Approximately three months of initial fulfillment training.
