About the role#
Las Vegas Sands Corp. offers internship opportunities across several corporate departments, including Global Cyber Security, Human Resources, Treasury, Sustainability, Compliance, IT, Procurement, and Legal. This role provides hands-on experience and insight into daily operations. You will be placed in a department based on your preferences and company needs.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project activities and operational functions as directed by the Department Manager.
- Collaborate with a mentor to learn about corporate processes and departmental procedures.
- Observe team members, participate in meetings, and support the team with ongoing projects.
- Perform all job duties safely and maintain consistent, regular attendance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Pursuit of a major relevant to the department you are applying for.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant systems.
- A project or portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including holidays.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- The internship follows a rolling term.
- You must be able to physically access workspace areas and work indoors while using a laptop and standard keyboard.
- Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation costs.
