About the role#
Langan is seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Intern or Co-op to join our Human Resources team in Parsippany, New Jersey. This role supports our firm-wide Campus Talent Acquisition team across the student recruiting lifecycle. You will provide coordinative support to help meet business objectives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with college career fairs and recruiting events by registering attendance, processing payments, handling logistics, and preparing or shipping materials.
- Manage student job postings on internal, external, and university websites.
- Handle job posting compliance processes to ensure state, local, veteran, and disability job sites remain up-to-date.
- Manage the careers email inbox and respond to candidate inquiries.
- Support manual reporting tasks including data gathering, updating, and auditing.
- Assist recruiters with resume reviews and interview coordination for intern, co-op, and entry-level roles.
- Provide backup support to Campus Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related HR coursework.
- Interest in early-career recruitment and the full lifecycle recruitment process.
- Ability to work at least 25 hours per week during the spring semester.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of self-motivation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

- Location: Parsippany, NJ.
- Modality: On-site.
- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $20 to $23 per hour.
