About the role#
The Global Sourcing & Product Development Co-op program provides a comprehensive, development-based experience designed to build a career path in the retail apparel industry. Participants receive one-on-one mentorship while working alongside seasoned professionals. You will be integrated into a key product area, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to the complexities of a global, multi-channel retailer.
What you'll do#
- Analyze garment costs, vendor allocation, capacity, and lead-times.
- Support fabric initiatives and conduct cost comparisons of products and fabrics across different regions.
- Work on projects involving chase opportunities and packaging and labeling cost analysis.
- Contribute to key projects that support future business decisions.
- Collaborate with vendors, sourcing, technical design, planning, design, and merchandising teams to understand internal development and decision-making processes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- Exceptional knowledge of and ability to work fluently with Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and a critical, innovative mindset.
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
- Strong industry knowledge and a passion for the Lands' End brand.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
Location & details#
- Location: Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
- Modality: This is a hybrid role. You will work on-site Monday through Thursday for three weeks per month.
- Status: Full-time, paid position.
- Requirements: You must reside or relocate within a commutable distance of the office. Relocation assistance is available.
