About the role#
As a Civil Engineer Intern at Lamp Rynearson, you will join our Fort Collins Design Group. You will participate in our Be the Legacy Program, which bridges your academic studies with professional practice. This role provides hands-on experience on community projects while you develop your professional network.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a Project Manager or an industry professional.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Use AutoCAD to support design tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily project documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present your ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A self-motivated and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
