About the role#

This internship provides a paid, hands-on work experience within the Retail Management Department. You will support the retail team while gaining exposure to diverse leadership styles and core business functions, including marketing, inventory control, accounting, auditing, ordering, and human resources.

What you'll do#

• Support the retail team in daily operations.
• Participate in various management activities such as inventory control and auditing.
• Assist with marketing, accounting, and ordering processes.
• Gain practical experience in human resource responsibilities.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• High aptitude for learning new tasks and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to work well in a team.

• Location: Duluth, Minnesota.
• Term: Fall 2026.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility for school scheduling and the potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks.
