About the role#
The 2027 Summer Internship Program offers hands-on training and mentorship within our Technical or Commercial teams. You will work alongside industry professionals on projects that directly affect our operations. This role provides insight into the inner workings of a global manufacturing leader and exposure to areas such as Operations, Maintenance, Accounting, Finance, HR, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Participate in coaching and mentoring sessions.
- Complete projects that impact daily operations.
- Develop problem-solving skills.
- Present findings to leadership.
- Collaborate with team members across different departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly.
- Precision and accuracy when handling tasks.
- Flexibility and an openness to new challenges.
- A desire to learn about manufacturing operations.
