About the role#
Kinro is building an AI-native insurance brokerage for small businesses. We are looking for a creative and autonomous intern to help make our brand impossible to ignore. This is a field-oriented, in-person role based in San Francisco. You will move fast, create, publish, and improve every day.
What you'll do#
- Create and publish a high volume of original content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Spend time in the field with small-business owners to turn their stories and challenges into content.
- Film, edit, and appear in videos.
- Develop humorous, educational, and behind-the-scenes formats.
- Show how Kinro supports customers and modernizes the insurance industry with AI.
- Generate hundreds of content ideas and turn them into reality.
- Build the public profiles of our founders through podcasts, interviews, and media opportunities.
- Manage outreach to journalists, creators, and industry operators.
- Test content, analyze performance, and refine your approach.
What you'll need#
- Deep understanding of social media and what makes people stop scrolling.
- A passion for creating, filming, writing, and experimenting.
- An endless supply of ideas.
- Comfort on camera and a willingness to put yourself forward.
- A desire to meet customers and create content in the real world.
- The ability to move fast without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Strong taste, high energy, and excellent judgment.
- The ability to make insurance, AI, and business stories genuinely interesting.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
- Curiosity and the ability to create relentlessly.
