    About the role#

    This is an unpaid, full-time, on-site internship for the Fall 2026 semester based at our North Hollywood headquarters. The program is designed for educational benefit, providing training and experience similar to a vocational setting. Academic credit may be available depending on your program.

    What you'll do#

    • Learn the foundational aspects of the property acquisitions process.
    • Shadow company founders on day-to-day business scaling initiatives.
    • Gain operational fundamentals of a real estate wholesaling business.
    • Understand how transactions move through the escrow process.
    • Gain exposure to real estate recruiting and hiring practices.
    • Engage in work related to real estate disposition and investor relations.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
    • Eager to learn the wholesaling and flipping business from the ground up.
    • Interest in gaining hands-on exposure to real estate operations.
    • A foundational understanding of property acquisitions and investor relations.

    • Location: On-site in North Hollywood, California.
    • Term: Fall 2026 semester.
    • Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
