About the role#
Kingdom Homes is offering an unpaid internship for the Fall 2026 semester at our North Hollywood office. This position focuses on your educational development and provides hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a real estate wholesaling business. You will work on-site and learn directly from our founders.
What you'll do#
- Shadow our founders to observe how they scale the business.
- Learn the fundamentals of property acquisitions.
- Gain insight into real estate disposition and investor relations.
- Understand the steps of transaction coordination through escrow.
- Get exposure to our internal recruiting and hiring practices.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or a recent degree from a program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- A strong interest in learning the wholesaling and flipping side of the industry.
- A desire to gain hands-on operational experience.
- Experience or interest in investor relations and property acquisition processes.

- Location: North Hollywood, California (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026 semester.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Academic credit may be available depending on your school program.
