About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain operational experience within the real estate wholesaling and flipping industry. Based at our North Hollywood headquarters, the program is designed for your educational development and provides hands-on training in how a growing real estate company functions. You will work directly with our leadership team to understand the core processes of our business.
What you'll do#
- Learn the foundational aspects of property acquisitions.
- Shadow company founders to observe day-to-day business scaling strategies.
- Gain insight into the operational fundamentals of a wholesaling business.
- Understand the lifecycle of real estate transactions as they move through escrow.
- Gain exposure to investor relations and real estate recruiting practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- A strong interest in learning the wholesaling and flipping business from the ground up.
- A desire for hands-on exposure to real estate operations.
- An understanding of the property acquisitions process.
- Experience or interest in investor relations.

- Location: On-site at our North Hollywood, California headquarters.
- Term: Fall 2026 semester.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Academic credit may be available depending on your program requirements.
- Commitment: Full-time.
