About the role#
Kilroy Realty offers a summer internship program for college juniors interested in commercial real estate. This full-time, paid position provides hands-on experience and exposure to various disciplines within the industry. You will work alongside professionals on projects that support our business objectives.
What you'll do#
- Complete real-world assignments across departments such as finance, sustainability, development, asset management, and research and analytics.
- Contribute to meaningful projects that help shape our commercial real estate operations.
- Collaborate with team members across the organization.
- Conduct research to support specific business goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college junior.
- Academic background in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, good judgment, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- High attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines.
- An innovative mindset and the ability to turn ideas into action.
- A genuine interest in the real estate industry.
