About the role#
We are looking for a PR Intern to join the KHAITE team for the Winter 2027 term. This role reports to the PR Manager and is based at our New York City headquarters.
What you'll do#
- Handle internal and external sample trafficking.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping, along with local couriers.
- Monitor press and social media daily to compile clip reports.
- Assist in creating seasonal press assets such as lookbooks and collection decks.
- Conduct research for brand marketing, influencer seeding, and partnerships.
- Support the team in planning and executing press events like runway shows, fittings, and dinners.
- Track and report on event coverage across media and social platforms.
- Manage the sample closet, showroom, and storage unit organization.
- Coordinate stock pulls and returns with the retail and logistics teams.
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Help strategize seasonal gifting and track results across social media.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adjust to changing business needs.
- A keen interest in fashion and a desire to learn the industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
