Marketing Intern

About the role#

Kepler Communications is seeking a full-time Marketing Intern for an 8-month term beginning in September 2026. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate marketing and communications within the space technology industry. You will work closely with the team to support campaign execution, event planning, content development, and marketing operations.

What you'll do#

• Support marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing activities.
• Assist with planning and preparation for tradeshows, conferences, and internal events.
• Track invoices, quotes, expenses, and other marketing budget items.
• Support campaign tracking through link management and marketing reporting tools.
• Create and update marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, and datasheets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist with swag inventory management, vendor coordination, and the distribution of marketing materials.
• Help manage project documentation, brand assets, and marketing libraries.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and returning to studies after the internship.
• Demonstrated experience in a corporate marketing or communications environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Location: Toronto, Ontario.
• Term: Fall 2026 (8 months).
• Modality: On-site (3 days per week).
• Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship.
