Summer 2027 Construction Management Internship

About the role#

Keeley Companies is seeking Construction Management Interns for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, paid internship is based on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina, and provides exposure to the company's operations groups.

What you'll do#

• Support Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers across multiple construction projects.
• Communicate with and monitor subcontractor field work.
• Coordinate with superintendents and project managers on job sites.
• Review and update project schedules.
• Attend project meetings.
• Learn and strictly adhere to safety culture and policies.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and remain results-oriented.
• Proactive approach and a willingness to ask questions.
• High aptitude for learning and a desire to take on multiple tasks.
• Candidates must complete a selection assessment and a pre-employment drug screen.
