About the role#
Juno is an AI personal health assistant for people living with chronic conditions. We are looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram. You will create content that helps our community feel supported and understood. This role involves brainstorming, filming, and editing short-form videos while engaging directly with our audience.
What you'll do#
- Develop hooks and scripts for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Film and edit short-form videos.
- Create content about the realities of chronic illness, including daily routines and symptom management.
- Research health topics and verify information for accuracy.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across our channels.
- Engage with comments and community conversations.
- Listen to audience questions and turn them into content ideas.
- Monitor social trends and track content performance.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a consistent voice.
What you'll need#
- Understanding of chronic illness and health conditions.
- Awareness that symptoms and experiences vary for every individual.
- Empathy and good judgment when discussing sensitive health topics.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video formats.
- Comfort appearing on camera.
- Video-editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
- Creativity, initiative, organization, and openness to feedback.

- This is a remote, full-time, paid internship.
