Part-Time Student - Cab Engineering

About the role#

This is a year-round, part-time student position based in Dubuque, Iowa. The role is designed to support regular full-time staff while you complete your academic studies. You will work on-site at the Dubuque Works facility.

What you'll do#

• Provide support and basic troubleshooting for current assembly operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Participate in developmental assignments to gain hands-on manufacturing experience.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing technology.
• Must be registered as a full-time student at a local U.S. accredited college or university.
• Expected graduation date of May 2027 or later.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Availability to work 16-20 hours per week during the academic year and 30-40 hours during the summer semester.
• Ability to commute to the Dubuque, IA facility on a regular basis.
