About the role#
As a Compensation Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting compensation programs and data initiatives. You will contribute to projects that help maintain accurate job and market information, while gaining exposure to HR systems and emerging AI technologies. This full-time internship runs during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support annual compensation survey activities by maintaining accurate job and market data in Payfactors.
- Assist with data cleaning initiatives, including identifying outdated information and fixing inaccurate job matches.
- Ensure market jobs are appropriately leveled to internal roles.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of internal role profiles within Workday.
- Assist with analyzing and managing compensation-related data.
- Explore opportunities to integrate AI into compensation processes, specifically for data cleanup and maintenance.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university.
- Completed at least one semester of coursework.
- A focus in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in working with data.
- Knowledge or experience related to data analysis and management.
- Interest in AI and its potential applications within compensation processes.
