About the role#
The 2027 Summer Insurance Internship is a nine-week program beginning in June 2027. This full-time, paid position provides hands-on experience within the wholesale insurance industry. Interns will work directly with core business units, including Brokerage and Delegated Binding Authority, to gain practical knowledge and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with assigned mentors throughout the internship.
- Shadow staff members and participate in team meetings and daily activities.
- Complete meaningful work assignments related to Brokerage or Delegated Binding Authority.
- Engage with the Senior Vice President of Training and Development through dedicated education hubs.
- Participate in a group project with other interns, culminating in a final presentation to company leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Business major.
- Rising Senior status, with an expected graduation date in May 2028.
- Completion of at least two business courses at an accredited college.
