    About the role#

    J Street U is hiring campus fellows to build and grow our presence at universities nationwide. This paid fellowship supports students who want to organize grassroots efforts and lead programming on their own campuses. Fellows act as the main representative for J Street U, connecting students to our movement and building a community focused on pro-Israel, pro-peace, and pro-democracy advocacy. This role requires a commitment of 3 to 5 hours per week over the full academic year.

    What you'll do#

    • Plan and execute 6 programs throughout the academic year.
    • Represent J Street U at campus orientation, information sessions, and activities fairs.
    • Meet one-on-one with interested students to encourage their involvement.
    • Build and maintain relationships with campus Hillel and other student groups.
    • Serve as the primary campus liaison for all J Street U initiatives.
    • Attend bi-weekly check-in meetings with your assigned regional coordinator.
    • Join monthly J Street U National calls.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment as an undergraduate student.
    • Interest in or knowledge of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational habits and attention to detail.
    • Ability to build relationships and work well with others.
    • Majors such as Political Science, History, International Relations, Sociology, or Communications are relevant to this work.

    Location & details#

    • This is a remote position.
    • The fellowship is paid at $750 per semester.
    • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
