Digital Marketing Intern Federal Work-Study

About the role#

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a student to support the creative services team at the Systems Office in Indianapolis. This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing and communications, focusing on promoting the college's mission and student experience through digital platforms.

What you'll do#

• Manage the college’s social media accounts and publish content.
• Brainstorm and develop campaign ideas.
• Maintain a social media campaign calendar to track deployments across platforms.
• Organize and format analytics data into clear, decipherable reports.
• Fulfill marketing requests from both Systems and campus teams.
• Align all content with the college brand and student experience goals.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a degree-seeking student at Ivy Tech Community College.
• Completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need.
• Maintained aid-eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Sprout Social, and Salesforce Social Studio is preferred.
• General knowledge of Adobe Suite, Web CMS, and project management software is a plus.
