About the role#
Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a student to support the creative services team at the Systems Office in Indianapolis. This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing and communications, focusing on promoting the college's mission and student experience through digital platforms.
What you'll do#
- Manage the college’s social media accounts and publish content.
- Brainstorm and develop campaign ideas.
- Maintain a social media campaign calendar to track deployments across platforms.
- Organize and format analytics data into clear, decipherable reports.
- Fulfill marketing requests from both Systems and campus teams.
- Align all content with the college brand and student experience goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a degree-seeking student at Ivy Tech Community College.
- Completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need.
- Maintained aid-eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Sprout Social, and Salesforce Social Studio is preferred.
- General knowledge of Adobe Suite, Web CMS, and project management software is a plus.
