About the role#
We are looking for a Product Management Intern to join our team in Troy, Ohio. This is a full-time, paid, rolling internship. You will work on-site to help us grow market share and refine our product strategies.
What you'll do#
- Assist in maintaining the product roadmap and help implement pricing strategies.
- Learn about the markets and competitive landscape for our products.
- Study the product lifecycle strategy and the 80/20 view of the portfolio.
- Support product management throughout the innovation process.
- Collaborate with the ITW Welding sales team to identify new accounts and grow market share.
- Work alongside teams in operations, quality, customer service, and engineering.
- Help the sales team with pricing, delivery, quality, and content creation.
- Assist product managers with the annual planning process.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
