About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Troy, Ohio. You will work on-site at our facility, gaining hands-on experience in industrial engineering functions while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals. This role offers the chance to work on projects that impact our organization and provides exposure to potential future career opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Learn the kinematics of drawbench and spooler components.
- Design items to improve machinery for efficiency and safety.
- Study the entire production process from raw material to finished product.
- Perform research and experiments to find the root cause of production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and machine operators.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Your expected graduation date is between December 2027 and June 2028.
- You live in or can commute to the Troy, Ohio area for the duration of the internship.
