About the role#
This co-op position offers firsthand experience in the design and manufacture of high specification industrial pumps. You will work within the ES Horizontal Design Center in Seneca Falls, New York. You will receive guidance and mentorship from mechanical engineering and design professionals throughout the term.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineers and designers with production and development activities.
- Create CAD drawings for products.
- Prepare documents for engineering standards.
- Organize historic engineering databases.
- Complete other related tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's Mechanical Engineering program.
- Good academic standing.
- Preference is given to junior, senior, or Master's students.
- Experience or knowledge in ProE CAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Location & details#
- Location: Seneca Falls, New York.
- Term: Winter 2027 through Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Pay: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on the degree program.
