About the role#
This 9-week summer internship program offers students a chance to work with the Custom Solutions product team. You will gain hands-on experience at a global investment firm, participate in team meetings, and receive mentorship to help build your technical and professional skills. Successful completion of the program may lead to a full-time offer for our Early Career Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Research, document, and execute product initiatives and enhancements.
- Partner with product managers, UX designers, engineering, and compliance teams to track project progress and gather requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and project summaries.
- Support product delivery by testing new features and validating requirements.
- Use AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and improve data analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to product leadership.
- Document team decisions and follow-up activities from stakeholder discussions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation in spring or summer 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Note that we do not offer immigration sponsorship.
- Demonstrated interest in investments and digital product development.
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Excel, Tableau, Power Automate, or Jira.
- Familiarity with Generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with data analysis and translating research into actionable recommendations.
- While all majors are welcome, we prefer candidates studying Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Accounting.
Location & details#
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This position is on-site. Employees are expected to work from the office at least four days each week.
- Compensation: $35 per hour.
