About the role#
We are looking for an IT Intern to join our team in Stillwater. You will gain hands-on experience supporting a global consulting company while working alongside our internal IT staff. This is a paid, full-time position that requires you to work on-site at our headquarters.
What you'll do#
- Provide day-to-day IT support for team members.
- Manage software and hardware updates across devices.
- Help maintain and improve internal systems.
- Assist with workstation setups for new hires.
- Contribute to internal tech projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience supporting both hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with wired and wireless networking environments.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Experience with multiple operating systems, including MS Windows Desktop and Server, macOS, and various Linux distributions.
- Experience in a Windows Active Directory environment.
- Previous experience in a professional IT support setting.
- A self-starter mindset with a desire to learn.
