About the role#
International Justice Mission is seeking Program Management Interns and Fellows to support field office leadership in Latin America. This role focuses on maintaining management systems for Justice System Transformation programs to ensure they operate according to established program proposals and Detailed Implementation Plans. This is a 12-month, full-time commitment running from January 2027 through December 2027.
What you'll do#
- Develop and revise management processes and workflows, including team functions, communication practices, and reporting systems.
- Oversee the management and revision of the Detailed Implementation Plan, including methods to track progress and solve schedule conflicts.
- Lead and develop the structure for quarterly program reviews, including managing inputs to the change control system and updating program plans.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree is required for internship positions.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software and Windows is strongly preferred.
- Candidates must possess a mature orthodox Christian faith.
- Applicants must be able to pass a background check, police clearance, and reference check.

- This position is based in Latin America, with potential locations in San Salvador, El Salvador; Lima, Peru; or Guatemala City, Guatemala.
- The role is full-time for a 12-month duration.
- This is a volunteer position; a monthly stipend is provided to assist with expenses.
