About the role#
The Evaluation Fellow will support the Global Measurement and Program Management team, which designs, implements, and measures the impact of Justice System Strengthening projects. This role involves overseeing policies, leading initiatives, and providing technical services to teams across the organization. This is a paid fellowship requiring 25 to 40 hours per week from September 14 to December 11, 2026.
What you'll do#
- Develop a blueprint for evaluation management.
- Discover, map, and engage potential consultancy firms for evaluation projects.
- Project manage ongoing measurement and program management initiatives.
- Provide departmental and general administrative support.
What you'll need#
- Academic background in evaluation theory and approaches.
- Experience with evaluations and technical writing.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to maintain a mature orthodox Christian faith, as the organization practices spiritual disciplines together daily.
- Preferred majors include Psychology, Communications, Political Science, or International Relations.
