About the role#
This 9-week, full-time program offers hands-on experience at a global brokerage firm. Interns contribute to real projects within departments such as Client Services, Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Treasury, Clearing, and Technical Support. Participants receive mentorship and exposure to multiple areas of the business to build professional skills for the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Work on-site Monday through Friday for the duration of the 9-week program.
- Collaborate with assigned departments on active projects.
- Participate in mentorship opportunities and business exposure sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student.
- Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to commit to the full 9-week on-site program.
- Preference is given to students graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
