About the role#
This is a 9-week, full-time, on-site internship program based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Interns work alongside experienced security engineers to protect critical infrastructure and sensitive data across the firm's operations. The role provides hands-on experience in cybersecurity practices and exposure to security operations within a global financial services environment.
What you'll do#
- Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions.
- Participate in security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and threat monitoring activities.
- Assist in threat modeling preparation for penetration tests.
- Support the execution of penetration testing and test cases.
- Help compile penetration testing reports.
- Contribute to infrastructure setup for penetration testing and red teaming.
- Learn to conduct penetration testing on web and mobile applications.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028 is preferred.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Basic understanding of network and application security concepts.
- Interest in the security challenges of financial technology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
