About the role#
The Summer Internship Program 2027 is a 10 to 12 week immersive experience designed for students to work on strategic projects and gain hands-on experience within a global financial organization. Interns will work alongside professionals to solve real business challenges and contribute to the company's growth.
What you'll do#
- Solve real business challenges across departments including Banking Products, Investments, Marketplace, Operations, and Technology.
- Participate in a structured development journey that includes onboarding, professional training, and mentorship checkpoints.
- Engage in executive talks and build connections with leaders across the organization.
- Collaborate with peers in an international environment.
- Develop and present a final business case project to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program (Sophomore year or above).
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, collaborative, and eager-to-learn mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A GPA of 3.2 or higher, previous internship or project experience, and an interest in financial services or technology are considered assets.
