About the role#
The 2027 Summer Internship Program is a 10–12 week immersive experience designed for undergraduate students. Interns work alongside professionals to gain hands-on experience and contribute to strategic projects that impact the business. This full-time, paid program provides exposure to the organization through mentorship, executive interactions, and a structured development journey.
What you'll do#
- Solve real business challenges across departments including Banking Products, Investments, Marketplace, Operations, and Technology.
- Participate in onboarding, training sessions, and scheduled mentorship checkpoints.
- Engage in executive talks and network with leaders across the organization.
- Collaborate with peers within an international environment.
- Develop and present a final business case project to company leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program (Sophomore year or above).
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Preferred: A GPA of 3.2 or higher, previous internship or project experience, and an interest in financial services or technology.
