About the role#
Inter Miami CF is seeking an Intern for Partnership Activation to join our team for the 2027 Winter season. As part of our Number 10 Internship program, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the Partnership Marketing department through various projects, events, and daily operational tasks.
What you'll do#
- Organize assets, photos, and project information.
- Track in-stadium and broadcast exposure for our partners.
- Assist with the planning and execution of partner events and activations.
- Manage inventory, storage, and the distribution of merchandise.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving for internal needs and events.
- Support the creation and editing of marketing materials and presentations.
- Provide support during matchdays and collaborate with ambassadors at home games.
- Handle organizational tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and respond to staff inquiries professionally.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Sport Management or a related field, or recent graduation from such a program.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Availability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, as is a passion for fútbol.

- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 11, 2027 to June 4, 2027).
- Schedule: Part-time, fewer than 20 hours per week.
- This is a paid internship.
