About the role#
Intel is hiring interns for Spring and Summer 2027. This is a full-time, paid internship that requires on-site work. You will contribute to the development of technologies that power processors, GPUs, SoCs, and photonics. You will work alongside experienced engineers to solve technical challenges across the hardware lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Design, build, test, and analyze technologies at the core of Intel processors and platforms.
- Use scripting, data analysis, and hardware validation methods to solve technical problems.
- Collaborate across silicon, product, and manufacturing teams.
- Contribute to innovations in processors, GPUs, SoCs, photonics, and validation systems.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- At least 3 months of experience gained through coursework, academic projects, research, internships, co-ops, student organizations, or assistantships.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in team-based environments.
