About the role#
This co-op position offers students the chance to work in our Service Desk. You will cycle through four distinct roles during your time here, including front desk support, hardware preparation for site evaluators, and inventory management. We pair you with experienced mentors and provide time during your schedule to study for professional certifications, with exam fees covered by the company.
What you'll do#
- Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide support for various software products.
- Staff the front desk as the first point of contact for customers.
- Prepare hardware for evaluators heading to nuclear plants.
- Manage hardware inventory and resolve equipment issues throughout the building.
- If selected as a Team Leader, you will assign tasks and train new co-ops.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a computer science or information technology degree program.
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills for the Team Leader designation.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
- Successful completion of a drug and alcohol test.

- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: Paid position starting at $20 per hour with a performance bonus eligibility at the end of each semester.
