    About the role#

    The Bingham Fellowship is a one-year paid position for attorneys seeking to gain experience in public interest litigation. This role is designed for lawyers who are in between judicial clerkships or looking to fill a block of time before starting a clerkship. Fellows work as full members of case teams to advance constitutional cases in federal and state courts.

    • Litigate cutting-edge constitutional cases.
    • Participate in every stage of the litigation process.
    • Work directly with clients.
    • Engage in mentorship opportunities.
    • Complete expert media training.

    • A strong background in constitutional law.

    • Availability to fill a block of time before or between clerkships.
