About the role#
The Summer Analyst position is a 9-week program providing hands-on experience within a consulting environment. Analysts work directly with clients, team members, and leadership to support projects, manage deliverables, and identify business trends. This role focuses on developing skills in data analysis, project management, and client engagement.
What you'll do#
- Prioritize and complete assigned project tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Perform pricing-related and ad hoc data analysis using Excel and Power Pivot.
- Prepare routine reports and analyses to support client needs.
- Utilize standard processes, templates, and tools to create high-quality client materials.
- Collaborate with team members, incorporate feedback, and manage the quality of individual work.
- Identify and communicate project risks or delays to ensure successful outcomes.
- Leverage workplace technologies and approved tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited university, entering the final year of studies prior to graduation.
- Academic background in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience or ability in project management.
- Proficiency in computer applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A driven, energetic approach with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
