About the role#
We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Intern for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Sedalia, Missouri. You will gain hands-on experience by working alongside our professional team to optimize production and improve manufacturing procedures.
What you'll do#
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Analyze production workflows to improve efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with our safety and quality standards.
- Work with different departments to solve production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and carry out corrective actions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team.

- Location: Sedalia, Missouri.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
- Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
