About the role#
IMP Group International is hiring an Organizational Development & Training Intern. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Dorval, Quebec. We accept applications on a rolling basis.
What you'll do#
You will support our team by developing training materials and assisting with organizational change initiatives. Your daily work includes conducting needs assessments and facilitating training sessions. You will also monitor and provide feedback on the effectiveness of our training programs.
What you'll need#
We are looking for students or graduates in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or Communications. You should have a solid grasp of organizational development concepts and some experience with training programs. We value strong communication and analytical skills, along with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Location & details#
This role is located in Dorval, Quebec. It is an on-site, full-time position. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
