About the role#

This is a full-time, paid internship at IMP Group International based in Dorval, Quebec. The role focuses on supporting organizational development projects and training initiatives within the company.

What you'll do#

Assist in the development of training materials.
Support organizational change initiatives.
Facilitate training sessions for employees.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps.
Provide feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

What you'll need#

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or Communications.
Familiarity with core organizational development concepts.
Previous experience with training programs.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
